The Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters Endorses Democratic Candidate Matt de Ferranti for Arlington County Board

ARLINGTON, VA – The Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters has endorsed Matt de Ferranti, the Democratic candidate for Arlington County Board, ahead of the November 6, 2018 general election.
“Matt has demonstrated a clear commitment to building trades issues in his personal and professional life,” said Political Director Ian Heinz. “He understands the challenges that Arlington County faces, and his plans for economic growth in Arlington put working families front and center. We are confident that he will be a strong ally to union carpenters as an Arlington County Board member by pushing for fair, family-sustaining jobs for local residents, while ensuring that any development in the County is the product of a trained, locally-sourced workforce.”
The Keystone + Mountain + Lakes Regional Council of Carpenters is a progressive organization that represents 43,000 members across New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and 10 counties in North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
